You may be most familiar with the term “Day of Coordinator” but we want to dispel this myth, because in actuality, there’s a lot more to offer.
Wedding management offers no time constraints with access to one of our dedicated Coordinators from the moment you say “I do” to us.
We’ll always be there to answer your questions, help relieve any stress, and manage all aspects of your wedding once you’re ready to hand the reigns over to us in the final weeks.
Is this still our “Day of Coordination” plan? Absolutely. But with lots of extras!
This plan is ideal for the couple who:
- is confident they’ve planned the majority of details & secured all main vendors prior to the day of the wedding
- want to have their timeline reviewed for logistical & execution purposes by one of our expert Day of Coordinators (after all, you don’t know what you don’t know. We help with that!)
- require set up and/or take down services
- assistance with streamlining the day of and making sure each step of the timeline flows from one to the next
- doesn’t want to host their own wedding
- wants a perfectly stress free day where everything is put together exactly as you envision it!
